@ItsOnATT Totally frustrated with AT&T. Cancelled my 2nd Uverse receiver + returned equipment. Keep getting notices to return Gateway/Modem. Customer Service only available during business hours M-F 8-5, which is difficult for me. On-line doesn't solve issue. Chat closed. Ugggh.

I’d like to thank @ATT for throttling down the UNLIMITED data I pay for on election night. Don’t advertise it as unlimited when it isn’t, especially when you force me to pay for basic cable (which I don’t need or use) so I can have “unlimited” data. #FOH

@MojackMarine @ATT responded to our exchange a while back saying they wanted to help resolve them ******* me over, at that time a homeless veteran. They told me to contact the debt collections agency, which was impossible to ******* contact when homeless! JFC 😡
