Property management for a rental I've been in for 15 years, with sect 8 help, is selling property. Demanding I vacate to have the house empty , stating they have no potential buyers ,nor any interest of someone wanting to see the property. Just want property empty The property management point person is also the real estate agent selling the property. He has used emotional tactics that have caused me distress, from the owner is in ill health , selling off all properties, to he is going to lose his job too, so I'd feel sorry for him. a I'm in California , rental prices are insanely high and hard to find now.
I've lived at this property since 2018 , that's over $216.000 in rent money they have collected from me w/ sect 8 help
emtionaly & financially invested into this home I've been t of work since 2019, and have zero savings or any money . Been borrowing from family to make it. I will go homeless, lose all my posseions , pets, etc. I have asked to stay until the house sells, which they initially stated I could, now given me a deadline to get out, and I am going to lose my sect 8 because I can't secure new place with no money and no work history.
